All disputes to the Refund/Return Policy listed above may be handled by contacting our Providence Church office during normal business hours:  Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm.

If you feel that you have been charged an inaccurate amount on your credit card, Providence Church will seek to handle each credit card dispute in an effective and timely manner and will attempt to satisfy all disputes brought to our attention in a courteous and professional way.
